Job Description

The Medical Billing Analyst handles end-to-end billing processes, resolves claim issues, and ensures clean claim submission to maximize reimbursement and reduce denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage charge entry and claim submission

• Analyze claim rejections and correct errors

• Coordinate with coding and AR teams

• Monitor billing KPIs and TATs

• Ensure payer-specific billing compliance

• Support audits and internal quality checks

Skills & Requirements

• 2–5 years of medical billing experience

• Strong knowledge of payer rules and billing guidelines

• Experience with billing software and clearinghouses

• Good analytical and communication skills
