Job Description

The Medical Billing Team Lead/Manager oversees billing operations, ensures process efficiency, and leads teams to achieve quality and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise billing teams and daily operations

• Ensure clean claim rates and denial reduction

• Monitor productivity, quality, and SLAs

• Train and mentor billing staff

• Handle escalations and payer issues

• Coordinate with AR, Coding, and QA teams

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of medical billing experience

• Prior leadership or team handling experience

• Strong knowledge of RCM workflows

• Excellent problem-solving and people management skills
